The service provided was first class. Installation was very fast and you even stayed in the car whilst the service was being provided. This was as a preventative measure against COVID during this Pandemic. Prices are very competitive and I would not hesitate in recommending Jensen to anyone looking to purchase tires.

Had a leaky tire that was going flat and was nearby so I stopped by to get it fixed. Was out of there in less than 45 minutes. Great service!
Picked up a screw in our tire and the CAA guy wasn't sure if it could be repaired judging by where the puncture was. Luckily, the guys at Jensen's fixed us up without an issue and after being afraid we would need new tires, we got away with a $40 patch. Thanks so much.
Bought a set of 4 tires today. Great advice from staff. Great prices. Fast service. Waiting room is awesome with a massage chair, free coffee, show room with rims and a Bird that sings and says hello to you.

EXCELLENT service! My wife went to get new snow tires & rims installed yesterday. My daughter had great fun interacting with Mickey the parrot in the waiting lounge. Several hours after my wife got home, she noticed one of the tires was flat. She called Jensen right away, they sent a technician up to our house, who changed the tire back to her all season tire, & took the flat tire back to Jensen. My wife then drove back to Jensen, where they had the flat tire fixed (it didn't seal on the rim properly apparently when it was installed) & even gave her a $10 Tim Horton's gift card for her inconvenience. We are EXTREMELY impressed!! The price was decent too, got a set of Michelin X-Ice 3's and rims for within $20 or so of Costco's price & they usually have the best around. I've bought tires here before myself & will again in the future, am impressed!
